Can I choose a delivery time?
Currently, CCHAT does not support choosing specific delivery time slots. The delivery person will contact you before delivery to confirm. If you are not available, the order will be delivered again on the next business day.

What is CCHAT's return policy?
CCHAT applies a return policy within 7 days from the date of receipt with the following conditions:
- Product has not been used, still has tags and labels
- Has invoice or order information
- Does not apply to products on sale 50% or more
How do I exchange a product size?
