How do I place an order on CCHAT?
You can place an order by following these steps:
1. Select a product and add it to your cart
2. Click on the cart and review your order
3. Fill in shipping information
4. Choose a payment method
5. Confirm your order
After successful ordering, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours after placing it by contacting hotline 0868 506 800. Once the order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, changes cannot be made.
How do I check my order status?
You can check your order status by:
- Logging into your account and going to "My Orders"
- Using the tracking number sent via SMS/email to track on the carrier's website
- Contacting hotline 0868 506 800 for assistance

What payment methods does CCHAT accept?
CCHAT accepts the following payment methods:
- COD (Cash on Delivery)
- Bank transfer
- E-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPay)

Is payment on CCHAT secure?
All online payments on CCHAT are SSL encrypted and processed through reputable payment gateways. We do not store customer credit card information.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes, CCHAT supports VAT invoice issuance for orders. Please provide company information when ordering or contact the hotline within 24 hours after receiving your order to request an invoice.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times:
- Within Hanoi, HCMC: 1-2 days
- Other provinces: 3-5 days
Times may be longer during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.
How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees depend on the area and order value:
- Free shipping when purchasing 2 or more products
- Orders under 2 products: shipping fee from 20,000đ - 40,000đ depending on area
Can I choose a delivery time?
Currently, CCHAT does not support choosing specific delivery time slots. The delivery person will contact you before delivery to confirm. If you are not available, the order will be delivered again on the next business day.
Returns & Exchanges
What is CCHAT's return policy?
CCHAT applies a return policy within 7 days from the date of receipt with the following conditions:
- Product has not been used, still has tags and labels
- Has invoice or order information
- Does not apply to products on sale 50% or more
How do I exchange a product size?
To exchange size, please:
1. Contact hotline 0868 506 800 within 7 days from the date of receipt
2. Pack the product carefully and send it to the store address
3. CCHAT will send back the new size product within 3-5 days
Size exchange shipping fee: Free for the first time
When will I receive my refund?
After CCHAT receives and inspects the returned product:
- Refund via bank account: 5-7 business days
- Refund via e-wallet: 1-3 business days
- Exchange for another product: sent within 3-5 days

How do I choose the right size?
CCHAT provides a detailed size chart for each product. You should:
1. View the size chart in the product description
2. Measure your body and compare with the size chart
3. Refer to the size guide on the website

How should I care for the products?
To keep products looking great:
- Machine wash on gentle cycle, cold water
- Do not use strong bleach
- Dry in shade, avoid direct sunlight
- Iron at low temperature, inside out
Refer to the care instructions on the product label.
Do CCHAT products have warranty?
CCHAT warrants products in case of manufacturer defects (stitching, zippers, buttons...) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover damage due to improper use.

You can register a CCHAT account by:

2. Select "Register"
3. Fill in information: full name, email, phone number, password
4. Confirm via email/SMS
Or register quickly with Facebook account.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
To recover your password:
1. Click "Forgot password" on the login page
2. Enter your registered email
3. Check your email and click the reset link
4. Create a new password
