CCHAT primarily collects basic customer information related to orders including: Full name, email, phone number, address
This personal information is used for order processing on the website, improving service quality, customer care, market research, supporting Marketing activities, internal management, or as required by lawOUR COMMITMENTS
•Collection and use of personal information is always done with customer consent
•Customer information is used only for the intended collection purposes
•Customer information will be stored until requested for deletion by admin; all other personal information will be secured on CCHAT servers.
•We only use information provided by customers and do not use customer information from other sources.
•Only the following parties are allowed access to customer information: Company employees (those who process orders, provide customer care, and handle inquiries and issues), and authorized government agencies
During product introduction, advertising, and customer care, customers may request to stop the use of their information at any time.

INFORMATION SECURITY METHODS OF CCHAT
Information security is based on compliance by all CCHAT staff, employees, partners, and data storage systems. In case of server attacks by hackers leading to data loss or leakage, we will report to authorities for investigation and promptly notify affected customers.However, due to the nature of the internet environment, no data can be 100% secure online. Therefore, CCHAT cannot guarantee absolute protection of personal information.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION SECURITY
Customers should only provide complete and accurate information as requested by CCHAT. Customers are fully responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of provided information, as well as any information provided beyond requirements.If customers provide their personal information to multiple organizations or individuals, customers must request all related parties to maintain confidentiality. For any personal information disclosure causing damage, customers must identify the source of the leak.
CCHAT is not responsible for information disclosure without clear evidence that CCHAT is the source of the leak.
Customers are responsible for securing their login accounts on CCHAT e-commerce platforms and applications
We are not responsible for information leakage when customers do not comply with the above requirements

APPLICABLE LAW FOR DISPUTES
All disputes between customers and CCHAT will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes will be resolved at the competent court under Vietnamese law
