APPLICABLE POLICIES
Exchange Policy
Exchange is applicable once per order
Applicable Exchange Cases
•Customer requests size/style change and the order/product meets CCHAT's conditions.
•Customers exchanging for a different style will pay the price difference if the exchange order value is higher than the original product. CCHAT does not refund excess amounts in any form.
•All cases where products/orders have defects confirmed by CCHAT:
-Manufacturing defects: torn, dirty, scratched, loose buttons, broken zipper, sewing defects, material defects, mold, color bleeding, rust, broken parts...
-Wrong/missing products compared to order: color, size, quantity, product type.
Non-Applicable Exchange Cases
•Purchase or receipt (online orders) exceeds 7 days.
•Customers can return products when the product/order has defects confirmed by CCHAT and they don't want to exchange for another product.
•Manufacturing defects: torn, dirty, scratched, loose buttons, broken zipper, sewing defects, material defects, mold, color bleeding, rust, broken parts...
•Wrong/missing products compared to order: color, size, quantity, product type.
•Refund via customer's provided bank account.
•CCHAT covers 100% of return shipping fees.
Product Conditions for Exchange / Return
•Product is intact, with all tags, accessories, boxes, bags, and gifts included.
•Product has not been altered, used, washed/ironed, has no strange smell, and is not damaged by external factors.
•Product has been used and stored according to CCHAT's instructions.
•Exchange order value must be equal to or higher than the purchased products.
Exchange / Return Fees
When submitting an exchange/return request to CCHAT, customers need to pay the following fees in addition to product price differences

Customer pays two-way shipping fees, including:
•Shipping fee
•New order delivery fee: 30,000 VND

Exchange / Return due to CCHAT's Error
Customer does not need to pay exchange fees
Steps to Exchange / Return Products

For Online Orders
Step 1: Customer submits exchange/return request to CCHATStep 2: Customer provides product images/videos as requested by CCHATStep 3: Customer sends the product back to CCHAT following instructionsStep 4: After receiving the product, CCHAT processes the request within 2 business days

For In-Store Purchases
Customers who purchased at a store should bring the product + receipt directly to that store for exchange/return support
